Cancelling / Pausing a Professional Plan

Learn how to cancel or pause a Pro Plan. 

Annual Pro Plans are not eligible to Pause.



Important Terms to Consider:
  1. Cancelling a plan deactivates QR codes, share links, and website codes.
  2. Access to Saved Designs will be restricted. The plan will need to be renewed to regain access to saved menus, MustHaveMenus print services, and online publishing features.
  3. Paused accounts will be charged upon reactivation.
  4. Saved Designs and published content may be subject to removal or deletion.

Pause a Monthly Plan

Select the letters inside the circle in the upper right corner on Home.
In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

In Account Settings, select Subscription on the left.

An overview of the Subscription type will show.  On the far right, select Pause Subscription.

A pop up will appear.  Use the dropdown to select the number of months to pause for, then select Pause Subscription.

A confirmation message will show. 

The account can be reactivated any time by selecting a monthly or annual Professional Plan when logging in.

Cancel a Subscription

Select the letters inside the circle in the upper right corner on Home.
In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

In Account Settings, select Subscription on the left.

An overview of the Subscription type will show.  On the far right, select Cancel Subscription.

A pop up will appear.  Select Confirm Cancellation.

A confirmation message will show. 

The account can be reactivated any time by selecting a monthly or annual Professional Plan when logging in.
