Begin with the display screen turned ON.Insert the 2 AAA batteries into the remote.
Connect HDMI cable to the Skykit Player.Connect the Skykit Player to the display using the HDMI cable.Connect power cable to the Skykit Player.
Plug the Skykit Player in to power using the power adapter.A blue light will indicate the Skykit Player is on.When both the display screen and the Skykit Player are turned on, the first screen to show is the Device Setup screen.
On the Device Setup screen, use the remote to select the Edit WiFi button, and press OK on the remote.
Using the remote, select a Wifi network, and press OK on the remote.
Enter the password into the field using the remote, then select Done in the bottom right to hide the keyboard, and then select Add.
The Skykit Player will check for a valid connection.
Once the network is connected, a green checkmark will appear next to Network Connected, with the name of the Wifi network listed below.
If using Ethernet, simply plug an Ethernet cable into the back of the Skykit Player.
- Ethernet cables are not provided by MustHaveMenus.
After connecting to the internet, the Skykit Player will confirm the latest versions and perform updates as necessary.Once the latest versions are confirmed, four items will show on screen, all with green checkmarks (Network Connected, Skykit Control is up to date, Skykit Home is up to date, Skykit Player is up to date).
The Skykit Player will then display a countdown screen, followed by a loading screen.
The Skykit Player will then display a screen with a Pairing Code.The Pairing Code will need to be entered into the MustHaveMenus Display app configuration screen. Read the next steps to Pair Skykit Player to MustHaveMenus Display.
