Download designs

Learn how to download designs.



Print products can be downloaded as a PDF, PNG or JPG.

With a Professional Plan, watermark-free PDF and image files can be downloaded to print in-house or with a local print service. With a Free account, downloads are limited to a basic quality image to share or proof a design.

Pro Plan Download Options

  • Standard PDF - for in-house printing
  • Pro Print PDF - includes a bleed for professional printers
  • Premium Web Image - a high resolution PNG
  • Basic Image - A JPG with a smaller file size


Download a Design from the Homepage 

When logged in to an account, hover over a design. Three dots will appear in the upper right corner of the small picture of the design. Click the three dots and select Download from the drop-down list.



Select the file type to download, and select Download.
These options may differ based on having a Free or Pro plan.


Download a Design within the Editor

Select the down-pointing arrow with the line under it in the upper right, next to the Share and Order Prints buttons.


A default File Type will be selected based on plan and product type.  

Select the File Type to see all available download options.

These options may differ based on having a Free or Pro plan.
With the desired File Type selected, select the red Download button.
