Print products can be downloaded as a PDF, PNG or JPG.
With a Professional Plan, watermark-free PDF and image files can be downloaded to print in-house or with a local print service. With a Free account, downloads are limited to a basic quality image to share or proof a design.
Pro Plan Download Options
Standard PDF - for in-house printing
Pro Print PDF - includes a bleed for professional printers
Premium Web Image - a high resolution PNG
Basic Image - A JPG with a smaller file size
Download a Design from the Homepage
From the Home page, when logged in to an account, hover over a design. Three dots ••• (ellipsis) will appear in the upper right corner of the small picture of the design. Click the ••• (ellipsis) and select Download from the dropdown list.
Select the file type to download, and select Download.
These options may differ based on having a Free or Pro plan.
Download a Design within the Editor
Select the Download icon, which is a down pointing arrow with the line under it in the upper right, next to the Share and Order Prints buttons.
A default File Type will be selected based on plan and product type.
Select the File Type to see all available download options.

With the desired File Type selected, select the red Download button.
