Basic Video FAQ

  1. Video files can only be used on Digital Menu Boards, and Social Media posts.
  2. Video uploads are limited to 30MB per file.  Currently, there are no limitations to the number of files that can be uploaded to an account.
  3. Video products, like Digital Menu Boards, are limited to three (3) pages.
  4. We offer a stock video library from Pexels.


Video Downloads

  1. HD Video is currently the only download option available.
  2. 30 seconds is the default length of a digital video product, but this is editable.

Video Editing Options

  1. Mute video sound.
  2. Adjust opacity, add a border, adjust the corner radius, and flip a video.
  3. Adjust Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, add Blur, change to Black & White, Sepia, or Invert video colors.
Thumbnail or preview images of a design containing video will not show animation.
