Print Half Page Menus on a Single Sheet

Learn how to print two (2) Half Page menus on a single sheet using an in-house printer.



These instructions are for 4.25" x 11" Half Page menus on US standard 8.5" × 11" paper.

Once a Half Page menu design is finalized, duplicate the page by selecting Copy page in the bottom right. 

The design will now be two pages. 
In the top right, select Download.

For the file type, ensure Standard PDF is selected.  This is a high-quality PDF that is best suited for in-house printing. 

Select Download.

The PDF will save in a specified location.
Open the file in Adobe Acrobat.
In Acrobat, select File, then Print.
In the print dialog box that appears, select Multiple in the Page Size and Handling section.

After selecting Multiple, additional options will appear.
Next to Pages per sheet: select Custom.
Then enter 2 by 1, and ensure the Page order: is Vertical.
The paper Orientation should be Portrait.

With these settings, proceed to Print.
