Learn how to create a Link Page to house multiple menus, or link out to social and ordering pages. MustHaveMenus Link Pages are optimized for a mobile-friendly experience!
A Link Page is ideal for users who want to display multiple menus and online links using just one QR Code.
From the Home page, select Select Link Pages from the left panel.
Select Get Started.
Select +New Link.
Select the desired content type to link to. Options are Online Menu, Website, Saved Design, and PDF.

If selecting Online Menu, and there are no Online Menus within an account, a pop up message will appear. Select Go To Menu Setup to create an Online Menu.

Select Website to create a button on the mobile Link Page to reroute to a URL.
Enter the URL in the first field, and whatever is entered as the Title will show as the text on the button on the Link Page.
Select Saved Design to create a link button to reroute to an image of a Saved Design within a MustHaveMenus account.
From the pop up, select the desired Saved Design, and then select Next.
Enter a Title, which will show as the text on the button on the Link Page.
Select PDF to create a link button to reroute to PDF.
Use the grey button to upload the PDF, and enter a Title, which will show as the text on the button on the Link Page.
To customize the appearance of a Link Page, select Design from the top.
On the Design page, there is the ability to add a Logo, change Colors, and add a Background Image.
To add a Logo, select the +, and locate the logo for upload.
There are a few predesigned color schemes available for use, as well as the ability to enter custom hex color code values.For custom colors, select the color squares next to the color codes to bring up a color picker, or input a value.
To add a Background Image, select the +, and locate the image for upload.
To edit a business name, address, contact, and social links, select Settings from the top of the Link Page.
Editing Location information will prompt the warning of: Changes to Business Name or Address will reflect on all Link Pages and Online Menus for this location.Enter contact information in the empty field and select the toggle to turn on Contact Links, which will show as icons beneath the business name.
When all links and design selections are complete on a Link Page, select Publish in the upper right.
A confirmation message will appear. Select Share.
Select the desired share method from the available options.
If selecting QR Code, the QR Code will be saved within an account, accessible when editing any template by selecting QR Codes from the left panel.
Select the ••• (ellipsis) near the QR Code to access options, including the ability to Download the QR Code.
