Setting up the Popmenu Integration

To begin using Popmenu data in a design, the integration will need to be initiated.






Set up the Popmenu & MustHaveMenus Integration

To set up the Popmenu & MustHaveMenus Integration, log in to Popmenu with Popmenu account credentials at the following URL: 

In a separate browser tab, log in with MustHaveMenus account credentials at the following URL: 

After logging in with MustHaveMenus account credentials, select Approve integration with Popmenu.
The Home screen will show momentarily, with the message of "Importing your menu data...", then return to the sign in screen.
If applicable, choose a location from the dropdown, and then select Next.

A confirmation message will show.  Select Continue.

The Home page will load, with the selected location associated to the account. 

Select a Saved Design, or select any template to begin a new design. 


Accessing Popmenu data through a Saved Design

From the Home page, select a Saved Design.

From within the design editor, select any Menu Group on the template, and select the Import item icon.

From the pop up box that appears, select the POS button.

The menu data from the assigned location will show. 

Select the white box on the left to select all items, or click to select specific menu sections, and then select Add groups.

The imported menu data from Popmenu will show on the left, under My Menu Groups



Accessing Popmenu data from a Blank or New Design

From the Home page, select any product from the image tiles.

This walk through will demonstrate using a Traditional Menu, but the process will be the same for any product type. 

From within the design editor, select Text from the left panel.

Select the Import items button.

From the pop up box that appears, select the POS button.

The menu data from the assigned location will show. 

Select the white box on the left to select all items, or click to select specific menu sections, and then select Add groups.

The imported menu data from Popmenu will show on the left, under My Menu Groups
The Popmenu data is now ready to be used on the design.
