QR Codes can be downloaded and printed in-house, or they can be added to a design.

Using a QR Code

From within the design editor, select QR Codes from the left panel. 

Locate the desired QR Code for use.

To add a QR Code to a QR Code design, simply select the desired QR Code from the left. 

The QR Code will automatically be placed into the QR Code space on the design. 

Alternatively, a QR Code can be added to a QR Code frame by dragging and dropping it into place. 

Once on a design, the QR Code can be adjusted on the menu design area similar to any other graphic.

Add a Border to a QR Code

Select the QR Code, and from the top toolbar, select Border. 

Drag the slider to the right to add a border.  The left side of the slider will result in a thinner border, and the right side will result in a thicker border.  A width of 0 would be no border.

To edit the color of the Border, select the color box, and edit through the various color selection methods. 

Remove a QR Code from a Design

Select the QR Code on the design, and then select the Trash can icon in the top right to Delete.

Select Delete to remove the QR Code and the QR Code Frame from the design. 

Select Remove QR Code to delete only the QR Code, and keep the QR Code Frame on the design. 

QR Code Options

QR Code Options are accessible by selecting the ••• (ellipsis) in the upper right of any QR Code within My QR Codes. The dropdown presents several options. 

Preview - Shows what is linked to the QR Code when the code is scanned.

Edit - Change to another Saved Design, Online Menu, Link Page, Website or PDF all while keeping the same code.

Rename - Changes the name of the QR Code.

It is a good practice to Rename QR Codes to make them easily identifiable and organized. 

Download - Download the QR Code to a computer or other device

Delete - Remove the QR Code from My QR Codes.
