Menu Groups are a special type of text field for menu content that makes it easy to organize and customize menu items. Each Menu Group can include a section Name with Notes, and contain multiple menu Items, with each field of text having its own customization options.
Most templates will display sample content in Menu Group text boxes.
Add a Menu Group to a Template
Select the Text tab on the left panel. Then select +Add Menu Group beneath My Menu Groups to add a new text box onto the design.
This will add a Menu Group with placeholder text onto the design.
From there, menu data can be manually entered, or imported from a saved design.
Manually Enter Menu Data
Select the Menu Group on the canvas.
A popup will appear beside the Menu Group with entry fields. The following fields are editable:
Group Header
Selecting Group Header will bring up entry fields for the Group Name and Group notes.
Item Name
The ability to add a Menu Icon(for dietary restrictions, heat indicators, specials, and favorites)
Item Description
Pricing(with the ability to add multi-pricing options to accommodate for items available in more than one size)
Extras(E.g. “Add avocado for +1”)
Type out the information for the item, then select the +New button in the bottom center to add another menu item and continue the process.
