Layer Elements

Learn to adjust the layering of elements on a design.  This affects the appearance of which elements will be "on top" or "behind" others.

Adjust Layering of Elements on a Design

This article will demonstrate layering through an example, but the process can be applied to any design within the editor.

A banner ribbon has been added by selecting Graphics > Illustrations, and searching "ribbon".
After the illustration has been added, it will be placed as the top layer.

Select the element on the design, then select Position from the top toolbar.

Layering options are:

• Bring Forward
moves an element in front one layer
• Send Backward
moves an element behind one layer
• Bring to Front
moves an element to the top layer
• Send to Back
moves an element to the bottom layer

Select a layering option.  For this example, Send to Back was selected.
