Create a Neon Text Effect
Learn how to create a Neon-like text effect by using the Shadow option on Plain Text.
Please watch this short video demonstrating the process:
Create a Neon Text Effect
From within the design editor, select a
Plain Text box.
From the top toolbar, select the icon for Text Effects, which looks like the letter A on an angle.
From the left panel, the effects options of Curve and Shadow will appear. Select the Shadow tile.
Adjust the settings until the desired look has been achieved.
A Neon or glowing effect can be accomplished with an Offset of zero (0), and the Blur set to the maximum of 20.
When the Offset is at zero, the setting of Direction will not matter, but Opacity and Color can be changed.
